So would you stop worrying?
I mean, I know we’ve all been there before, done that. But isn’t it time you realize that no amount of worrying is gonna help?
Worrying only affects your emotional and physical health.
Trust me on this one. I know it might be hard to do, but trust that everything will work out.
I’m sure you can relate this to a situation you were in many years ago, and as it turned out, everything turned out perfectly fine.
So, instead of worrying, look on the bright side of things.
Instead of seeing the glass half empty, see it as it’s half full. And the glass is always refillable anyway.
Here is my piece of advice, it’s high time you start adopting a fuck it attitude.
I know certain things are hard to avoid, but you have more power than you think. You have power over your thoughts to say “you know what, I know things are not good right now, but they will be in due time”. Then you pour yourself a glass of wine or whatever it is you drink, take deep breaths, and live.
Doesn’t the sun shine again after it rains?
Doesn’t it rise after nighttime?
Things won’t remain as they are, I promise you. Just relax.
